Description
Hello. My name is Lacey, and I would love to be your new piece of handmade art! My name was chosen to give me a distinctive personality. I am made of hand-selected pieces of metal that are welded together by my Artist (Randy) to create a fun and interesting abstract design. I am strength tested for durability. I am painted with a high-quality paint that remains tough and durable through normal handling. I am finished off with at least two coats of a UV-resistant clear coat to protect my paint and lessen the chances of fading if I am placed in a sunny location. I have felt pads under me to protect your sitting surface. I am built to be an indoor piece. I would love to be a part of your collection. Will you adopt me?
This is a hand-made piece, and actual item could vary slightly from photo. Since it is hand-made, small imperfections may be apparent in the piece that may not necessarily be seen in the photograph. Urban Art District will represent items as accurately as possible, but please ask questions or request more photographs when unsure. Color can be customized. Please request a quote prior to paying with your color(s) of choice if it isn’t available in the listing.
Local artists need the support of collectors like you. This is increasingly important in a world that mass-produces lesser quality pieces and tries to pass them off as fine art. Hand-made art isn’t exactly the same from one piece to another – it has imperfections and characteristics that make it unique and special. Our pieces are looking for a place to call home, a place where hard work is appreciated and desired far beyond that of the larger companies.
Imperfections are generally part of the art itself – so please keep that in mind when purchasing. If you receive your item damaged, please file a report with the shipping service. All items are inspected prior to shipment and are well-packaged to reduce the chance of damage from normal handling during transit.
Urban Art District has a passion for art that is inspired by the urban lifestyle. Industrial structures, skyscrapers, and busy city streets encourage the often textured and sometimes abstract styles in its artwork. This isn’t just art about the city. It is art with a modern element making it visually striking for commercial offices, residential lofts, public eateries—and for the contemporary and stylish suburban and rural homes. It is about embracing the city and about escaping the city.
